对电动汽车渗透率逐步提高后电动汽车负荷群接入智能社区系统的方案进行研究。首先对电动汽车的到达时间模型及充电负荷进行模型的建立;根据模型提出一种考虑用户自主性及控制公平性的加权排队算法;通过仿真无序充电及有序充电过程,研究发现所提出的有序充电过程达到较好的负荷平移的效果,并可以较高程度达到用户的充电满意度及控制过程中的公平性。
Research on the scheme that electric vehicle load groups connect to intelligent community system after the penetration rate of electric vehicles is gradually increased. Firstly, the model of the arrival time of electric vehicles and the charging load are established. According to the model, a weighted queuing algorithm considering user autonomy and control fairness is proposed. Through the simulation of out-of-sequence charging and ordered charging process, Orderly charging process to achieve a better load shift effect, and can be a higher degree of satisfaction of the user’s charging and control of the process of fairness.
