在中国人的眼里,春节才意味着新年的真正到来,所以岁末大家习惯总结。而过去的2004年对很多中国企业意义非凡。比如海尔、万科、联想、春兰、娃哈哈等企业都走过了第20个年头,而TCL则更长一点。经历了就会有很多话要说,就有很多事情要反思。听听张瑞敏、柳传志、王石、李东生这些老帅的感悟,也许会抄不少近路。而新一代的企业家如张朝阳、潘石屹们则在新的市场条件下,逐步熟练地“秀”着自己独特的舞步,实践着与老一代企业家与众不同的推动思路。对他们也不能缺少必要的关注。所以岁末的这期人物栏目我们特意安排了这场“群英会”,变个体为群体,既“温故”,也“知新”。
