X射线荧光光谱法测定稀土永磁合金的主成份已有报道,方法准确度高,但由于需要一些标准的永磁合金作为参比物质,应用上受到限制。常规的化学分析法又耗时太长。近年来采用ICP-AES法测定各种金属合金中主要成份已有不少报道。本文研究了钐(铈)钻铜铁合金中钐、铈、铜和铁的测定,考察了谱线的干扰;采用正交设计安排试验方法研究各元素间在含量变化时的相互影响;决定多元素同时分析的折衷条件;做了加料回收及实样分析,获得令人满意的结果。分析方法
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been reported for the main components of rare earth permanent magnet alloys, the method is highly accurate, but due to the need for some of the standard permanent magnet alloy as a reference material, the application is limited. Conventional chemical analysis takes another long time. In recent years, using ICP-AES method to determine the main components of various metal alloys have been reported. In this paper, the determination of samarium, cerium, copper and iron in samarium (cerium) cobalt-copper alloy was investigated, and the interference of spectral lines was investigated. The orthogonal design was used to study the interaction between elements in the content change. At the same time the analysis of the compromise conditions; done feed recovery and real sample analysis, to obtain satisfactory results. Analytical method
