本文以探索人力资源培训如何为海事事业发展战略服务为主题,提出三项措施:一是加强人力资源管理信息化建设,建立共享的资源数据库;二是合理配置师资;三是加强培训管理,构建一套完整的培训体系,确保培训效果。围绕海事发展大局,积极开发人力资源,使海事工作有条不紊地继续推进。
