随着全球化进程加快及我国经济不断增长,我国对外开放正经历着由引进外资转向资本输出为重点的阶段,近年来对外直接投资的重要特点就是以海外并购为主。本文基于财务分析法,选取4个典型样本,运用托宾Q值分析法和Z值分析法研究企业海外并购短期绩效及风险评价,力求通过对企业海外并购短期绩效和风险研究为企业海外并购提出些许建议。
With the acceleration of globalization and the continuous growth of China’s economy, opening-up of our country is undergoing a period of transition from the introduction of foreign capital to the export of capital. In recent years, the important feature of outward direct investment is that it is dominated by overseas mergers and acquisitions. Based on the financial analysis method, this paper chooses four typical samples to study the short-term performance and risk evaluation of overseas mergers and acquisitions by Tobin’s Q-value analysis and Z value analysis. It tries to propose the overseas mergers and acquisitions by studying the short-term performance and risk of overseas mergers and acquisitions A little advice.
