随着国内大型股份制商业银行改革的深入,入世后外资银行登陆步伐的加快,业界内对于股份制商业银行的市场竞争力和可持续发展产生了不少质疑与争论。在这样的时代背景下,股份制商业银行如何培育、提升核心竞争力成为一个极富挑战性的现实问题和理论课题。本文运用核心竞争力和企业文化理论,以核心竞争力为导向,探讨股份制商业银行企业文化创新的对策,希望能促使企业文化真正融入到企业的经营管理实践,最终达到提升股份制商业银行的核心竞争力。
With the deepening of the reform of large-scale joint-stock commercial banks in China and the acceleration of the pace of foreign banks’ entry into the WTO, many challenges and controversies have arisen in the industry regarding the market competitiveness and sustainable development of joint-stock commercial banks. Under this background, how to nurture and enhance the core competitiveness of joint-stock commercial banks has become a very challenging practical and theoretical issue. In this paper, using core competence and corporate culture theory, guided by core competence, this paper discusses the countermeasures of corporate culture innovation of joint-stock commercial banks, hoping to promote corporate culture into practice of enterprise management and ultimately to enhance the core competition of joint-stock commercial banks force.
