在新的经济形势下,人力资源管理外包逐渐成为社会和企业的焦点,越来越多的企业注重通过人力资源外包来获取和强化竞争优势。本文对企业、外包商和外部环境三个方面进行了外包风险的分析,并相应提出了一些控制策略,旨在为企业人力资源管理外包的实施提供指导。
Under the new economic situation, human resource management outsourcing has gradually become the focus of society and enterprises. More and more enterprises pay attention to obtain and strengthen competitive advantage through human resources outsourcing. This paper analyzes the outsourcing risks of enterprises, outsourcers and external environment, and puts forward some control strategies correspondingly to provide guidance for the implementation of human resource management outsourcing in enterprises.
