采用溶胶-凝胶法,利用旋涂技术在玻璃表面制备了纳米TiO2薄膜。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析薄膜组成结构;用原子力显微镜(AFM)对薄膜表面形貌、粗糙度进行表征;以去离子水和苯作为水和油模型,研究了TiO2薄膜光致双亲的机理和表面薄膜粗糙度与双亲性的关系。结果表明:在550℃时,晶体生长得较完整,薄膜中的TiO2以锐钛矿形式存在,TiO2粒子的平均直径为26.2nm;双亲性跟表面粗糙度有关,粗糙度越大薄膜的双亲性能越好。
The nano-TiO2 film was prepared on the glass surface by sol-gel method and spin-coating technique. The structure of the films was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The surface morphology and roughness of the films were characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM). Deionized water and benzene were used as water and oil models to study the photocatalytic properties of TiO2 films Relationship Between Mechanism and Surface Film Roughness and Parents. The results show that the crystal grows more completely at 550 ℃, the anatase TiO2 exists in the film and the average diameter of TiO2 particles is 26.2nm. The amphiphilicity is related to the surface roughness and the roughness is bigger. The better.
