走过2004年,IT业的几十位高层变动的速度就像IT技术发展一样迅速,各大公司都或多或少有一定的人事地震;使人感觉有点雾里看花,不知世界变化太快,还是自己跟不上时代。周险峰带领团队由方正转而加盟海信;原同方销售经理郝毅率领三名大区经理转投长城;原新网总经理魏昕率几位大将另立炉灶;联想章晟加入神舟;原用友总裁何经华离职,董事长王文京重新走回台前兼任CEO。国内网游界也经历了人事地震,唐骏由微软入主盛大,原新浪乐谷副总裁杨震、原雅虎中国资深副总裁陈建豪、原卓越网副总裁陈小红、原寰宇之星总经理傅世华、原北京华义总经理林永青辞职……不仅高层如此,2004年职场小卒也忙着找工作、换工作,那些商业周刊的封面人物也没闲着。IBM、索尼、微软、朗讯、西门子、戴尔、甲骨文、摩托罗拉等知名企业都发生了高层变动。若按行业拉一张高层变动榜,那高居榜首的一定是IT业。IBM全球CEO调查显示,中国CEO为员工的跳槽率高而头疼。但不知哪天,他们自己也会制造让人头疼的人事地震。
