浙江省第十届人民代表大会第二次会议经过审查并根据财政经济委员会的审查报告,决定批准省人民政府提出的2004年省级预算,同意省财政厅厅长黄旭明受省人民政府委托所作的《关于2003年全省和省级预算执行情况及2004年全省和省级预算草案的报告》。
After the examination of the 2nd meeting of the Tenth National People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province and based on the review report of the Fiscal and Economic Committee, Zhejiang Provincial People’s Government decided to approve the 2004 provincial-level budget and agreed that the commissioner of Provincial Department of Finance Huang Xuming was entrusted by the provincial people’s government Report on the Implementation of the Provincial and Provincial Budget in 2003 and the Draft Provincial and Provincial Budget in 2004.
