任何组织都有特定的组织文化或者说“小气候”。直销公司的组织文化集中体现在了公司的各种“理念”当中,比如玫琳凯公司的理念“丰富女性人生”,就代表了她的公司文化。最近,该公司在国内投放了一则广告,其中的广告语“创造你的美丽与未来”,就很能“原汁原味”地诠释她的公司理念,传播她的公司文化。而且,直销经过一个世纪的发展,已经成为具有鲜明特色文化的营销方式。每一种文化,都会对周围社会有所影响,直销也是如此。
