汉鼎咨询执行总裁王叁寿分析认为,新三板对中国新兴后产业的发展意义深远。比如中关村,自从国务院批准中关村科技园区代办股份报价转让试点以来,新三板对于中关村战略新兴产业的孵化器、策源地效应开始凸显,不少挂牌公司通过新三板平台发展壮大,成功转向创业板或者中小板。而同时,新三板挂牌公司通过新三板平台,实现了企业的融资需求,扩大了知名度,并成为园区发展战略性新兴产业的主力军。
