为研究18Mn2Cr Mo BA高强钢材轴心受压构件的整体稳定承载能力,对8个高强钢板冷弯成槽形并对焊成形的薄壁箱形截面构件进行轴心受压试验研究。通过建立有限元模型分析高强钢薄壁箱形截面压杆稳定承载力,分析对比发现计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。利用有限元软件分析了48个不同截面、不同长细比的构件,将试验结果、有限元分析结果与GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》进行对比,发现其比b类曲线高、比a类曲线略低。建议该类杆件的设计采用GB 50017—2003的b类曲线。
In order to study the overall bearing capacity of 18Mn2Cr Mo-BA high-strength steel axial compression members, the axial compression test of 8 high-strength steel plates cold-formed into groove shape and welded into thin-walled box-section members was carried out. Through the establishment of finite element model to analyze the stability of high-strength steel thin-walled box-section bar bearing capacity, the analysis shows that the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. 48 pieces with different slenderness and cross section were analyzed by finite element software. The results of the test and finite element analysis were compared with those of GB 50017-2003 Steel Structure Design Code and found to be higher than the b-type curve and a The class curve is slightly lower. It is suggested that the design of this kind of bar adopt the b type curve of GB 50017-2003.
