在上海普陀房管局中山房管所,朴实无华的房修水电工徐虎,用他十年如一日的无私奉献,为成千上万居民解除了后顾之忧。岁月荏苒,一个又一个“徐虎”循着他的足印前行。 徐虎管辖的地区,大多是五、六十年代建造的公房。设施陈旧、管道老化造成的居室“病症”,使水电维修任务尤为繁重。水斗堵塞、停电断水、马桶梗阻,这样的场面尽管每时每刻都会发生,有时却偏偏来得不合时宜。 节假日、下班后是水电使用的高峰时间,往往也是事故频仍之时,而此时水电工也已下班休息。居民在这种情况下报修无门、修缮无着的苦恼,深深牵动着徐虎的心。 1985年6月,在徐虎辖区的居委会、电话间和弄堂口,挂起了三只醒目的“水电急修特约报修箱”,从此
