应变片电测法在外场金属支架应力测试中的应用

外场金属支架在工作过程中需要进行应力监测,一般采用应变电测法,由于金属支架表面为曲面,可能会给测量带来影响。本文从计算分析和实验验证两个方面,探讨曲面对应变电测法测量结果的影响。最终得出由于金属支架曲率半径较大,应变片尺寸相对较小,曲面对测量产生的误差很小,可忽略,证明使用应变片法对金属支架进行应力监测是可行的。 Field metal stent in the work process requires stress monitoring, the general use of strain measurement method, the surface of the metal stent is curved, it may affect the measurement. In this paper, two aspects of computational analysis and experimental verification are discussed, and the influence of curved surface on the measurement results of the electrogrammetric method is discussed. Finally, it is concluded that the larger the radius of curvature of the metal stent, the smaller the size of the strain gauge and the smaller error of the curved surface on the measurement, which is negligible. It is proved that it is feasible to use the strain gage method to monitor the stress of the metal stent.
