“众包”是企业在应对全球化激烈的市场竞争中所进行的商业模式革新。众包的出现从本质上改变了传统企业进行“外包”商业模式的运营战略。本文基于互联网经济的信息化、模块化、网络化特征,融合行为学、经济学和管理学的基本理论,对众包产生的动因、模式构成、特征、经济机理以及影响进行了全面的分析,以此构建“众包”研究的理论范式。
“Crowdsourcing” is the business model innovation that companies are undertaking in response to the fierce global market competition. The emergence of crowdsourcing has fundamentally changed the traditional enterprise’s operation strategy of “outsourcing” business model. Based on the informatization, modularization, and networking features of the Internet economy, this paper integrates the basic theories of behavior science, economics, and management, and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the motivation, mode composition, characteristics, economic mechanism, and impact of crowdsourcing.
