低影响开发是海绵城市建设的核心,总结了绿色屋顶、植草沟和生物滞留槽等3项典型低影响开发措施的技术特点、实际效果与模拟研究进展,指导海绵城市建设中低影响开发措施的应用实践。主要结论如下:现有研究多为点尺度小范围研究,建议对各项措施的技术规格、适用性及实际效果进行全面系统地分析;应用推广较多,但缺乏实地效果监测与评价,有必要发展相关监测技术、设备,为低影响开发措施的径流减控与污染物削减效果评估提供支撑;由于监测工作的缺失,现有低影响开发措施的模拟结果大都缺乏实测数据的验证,影响到模型合理性与实用性评价,建议从实测数据详实的小尺度措施模拟开始,逐步进行低影响开发措施的模拟工作;为了合理设置低影响开发措施的组合,建议构建低影响开发技术优选体系。
