2006年,某国际机场扩建工程2台D型布置58MW燃气热水锅炉在投入试运行约30天,2台锅炉的20~30根对流水管在与下锅筒连接处分别产生环向开裂和断裂。该台锅炉本体结构为散装出厂,现场组装。锅炉整体布置于钢制底盘上,上下锅筒纵向布置,其间有对流水管,锅炉前墙、后墙、侧墙采用膜式水冷壁,炉膛微正压燃烧。锅炉前墙布置燃烧器,燃烧介质为天然气。锅炉的烟气走向分为三回程。由于半部为炉膛,半部为烟道成“D”型的双纵向布置锅炉,(如图1所示)。
In 2006, two D-type layout 58MW gas-fired hot water boilers for an international airport expansion project were put into trial operation for about 30 days. Between 20 and 30 convection pipes of two boilers produced circumferential cracking and fracture respectively at the junction with the lower drum . The boiler body structure for bulk factory, on-site assembly. The whole boiler is arranged on the steel chassis. The upper and lower drums are arranged longitudinally with a convection pipe therebetween. The front wall, the back wall and the side wall of the boiler are membrane-type water-cooled walls, and the chamber is slightly positive-pressured. The front wall of the boiler is equipped with burners and the combustion medium is natural gas. The flue gas boiler is divided into three return trip. As the half is the hearth, half of the flue into a “D” type of double vertical layout of the boiler, (Figure 1).
