研究了52侧成人下肢,提出一种新的皮瓣区——小腿外侧皮瓣。供区的血管蒂为腓动脉(管径3.7mm),在小腿后肌间隔发出4—8支皮动脉,灌注面积约32×15cm。供区的静脉有深、浅两组:即两条腓静脉(管径4.0 mm),一条小隐静脉(管径3.3mm)。皮瓣内含有腓肠外侧皮神经。该供区可作游离皮瓣或作带蒂的倒转皮瓣。临床应用,已获得成功。
A study of 52 adult lower extremities proposed a new flap area - the lateral leg flap. The donor pedicle region was a peroneal artery (diameter 3.7 mm) with 4-8 branches of the dermal artery in the posterior leg muscle compartment. The perfusion area was about 32 × 15 cm. Veins for the area have deep and shallow two groups: the two peroneal fibroids (diameter 4.0 mm), a small saphenous vein (diameter 3.3mm). The flap contains the lateral sural nerve. The donor area can be used as a free flap or pedicled inverted flap. Clinical application has been successful.
