QDⅡ的推出是我国资本市场开放的一项重要举措,对缓解我国宏观经济压力、推动我国资本市场国际化、增加投资者的投资渠道有着重要意义。但在人民币不断升值的背景下,QDⅡ投资面临汇率风险、市场风险、财务风险和政治风险,投资收益受到影响。本文分析了风险产生的原因,并提出了增强QDⅡ的综合能力、加快QDⅡ的配套制度建设等政策建议。
The introduction of QDII is an important measure for the opening up of China’s capital market. It is of great significance for alleviating the pressure of China’s macroeconomic economy, promoting the internationalization of China’s capital market and increasing the investment channels for investors. However, in the context of the continuous appreciation of RMB, QDII investment is subject to exchange rate risk, market risk, financial risk and political risk, and investment income is affected. This paper analyzes the reasons for the risk, and puts forward some policy recommendations such as enhancing the comprehensive capability of QDII and speeding up the construction of QDII supporting system.
