高炉冶炼是在炉料和煤气的相向运动过程中进行的,高炉内煤气流的合理分布是强化冶炼过程、充分利用煤气能量的重要前提。煤气流的分布主要取决于冶炼条件、操作制度和装料设备。因此,在控制高炉内的煤气分布时,应以冶炼条件、设备结构的特点作为确定冶炼制度的基础,以期达到煤气合理分布的目的。
Blast furnace smelting is carried out during the movement of the charge and the gas. The reasonable distribution of the gas flow in the blast furnace is an important prerequisite for strengthening the smelting process and making full use of the gas energy. The gas flow distribution mainly depends on the smelting conditions, operating system and charging equipment. Therefore, in controlling the gas distribution in the blast furnace, the smelting conditions and the characteristics of the equipment structure should be taken as the basis for determining the smelting system so as to achieve the purpose of reasonable gas distribution.
