1 病例介绍 例1,男,55岁。49天前饮酒后被自行车撞伤,当时昏迷10分钟,近6天发烧咳嗽,在外院诊为肺炎、肺结核。X线胸片显示左总支气管异物,左肺炎症。支气管镜检查可见金属异物(银白色义齿),其支架向下,嵌于上、下叶支气管间嵴处。由于异物不能通过声门,行气管切开取出异物。术后13天,患者死于感染中毒性脑病、休克。 例2,男,6岁。6个月前曾误吞眼药瓶盖,当时无剧烈咳嗽,不久即发烧、咳嗽,曾辗转多家医院,均诊为肺炎、肺不张,消炎治疗效果不佳。查体:气管左偏,左胸呼吸运动减弱,语颤增强,叩浊音,呼吸音弱,右肺(—)。X线胸片显示左肺下叶不张,纵隔左
