随着微用户群体的日益壮大,互联网立法成为维护网络安全与稳定工作的重中之重。网络安全问题具体表现在知识侵权、隐私泄露和网络诈骗等重要方面,因此针对这些问题进行互联网立法时,应处理好公众权益与个人权益、隐私保护与信息利用、网络市场与网络制度这三对关系,以规范互联网参与主体的行为,维护网络微社会的稳定。
