目的观察清脑通脉胶囊对糖尿病合并脑梗死(DACI)大鼠血糖、糖尿病症状及神经功能缺失的改善情况。方法实验共设六组:对照组、模型组、清脑通脉大、中、小剂量组及血塞通组。采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制造糖尿病模型,血糖≥11.1 mmol/L者4周后,建立大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAo)模型。糖尿病合并脑梗死模型制作成功后,灌药2周。观察各组血糖、食量、饮水量、尿量及体重,并进行神经功能行为学测评。结果大剂量清脑通脉胶囊可降低血糖,但对糖尿病典型症状的改善不明显。大、中剂量清脑通脉胶囊的神经功能改善效果优于血塞通。结论清脑通脉胶囊能够一定程度上降低血糖,减轻神经功能缺损症状。大剂量清脑通脉胶囊的治疗效果优于血塞通。
Objective To observe the effects of Qingnao Tongmai Capsule on the improvement of blood glucose, diabetes, and neurological deficit in diabetic rats with cerebral infarction (DACI). Methods A total of six groups were included in the experiment: control group, model group, Qingnao Tongmai large, medium, and small dose groups, and Xuesaitong group. A diabetic model was made using streptozotocin (STZ). After 4 weeks of blood glucose ≥11.1 mmol/L, a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) model was established. After the diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction model was successfully made, the drug was administered for 2 weeks. Blood glucose, food intake, water intake, urine output, and body weight were observed in each group, and neurological behavior assessment was performed. Results Large-dose Qingnao Tongmai Capsule can reduce blood glucose, but the improvement of typical symptoms of diabetes is not obvious. Large and medium dose Qingnao Tongmai capsules have better neurological function than Xuesaitong. Conclusion Qingnao Tongmai Capsule can reduce blood glucose to a certain extent and relieve the symptoms of neurological deficit. The therapeutic effect of high dose Qingnao Tongmai Capsule is better than Xuesaitong.
