作者在前人基础上,引进脉管制冷机的优秀成果,改进、设计、制造了结构简单紧凑,更加小型化的微型脉管制冷机.此制冷机只有一个接头与压缩机相连,整个布置与实用化的高技术领域用的微型分置式斯特林制冷机十分相似,其中制冷机(即膨胀机)的外形尺寸也基本相当.并进行了初步的实验研究,在1.19MPa、11Hz的条件下,获得了159.4K的无负荷制冷温度.
On the basis of the predecessors, the author introduced the excellent results of pulse tube refrigerator and improved, designed and manufactured a miniature pulse tube refrigerator with simple structure and compact size. The refrigerator has only one connector connected to the compressor. The whole layout is very similar to the practical micro-split Stirling refrigerator used in the high-tech field, in which the dimensions of the refrigerator (ie expander) are basically the same. And a preliminary experimental study was carried out. Under the condition of 1.19MPa and 11Hz, the unloaded refrigeration temperature of 159.4K was obtained.
