学生的心理负荷过重是体育教学中教师经常遇到的问题。如何解决好这个问题,直接影响到体育课的目的和任务完成,影响到课的质量,本文从心理负荷的产生、忽视心理负荷的危害及减轻心理负荷的方法等三个方面进行了探讨。
Psychological overload of students is often encountered in the teaching of physical education problems. How to solve this problem has a direct impact on the accomplishment of the purpose and task of physical education and affects the quality of the lesson. This article discusses three aspects: the psychological burden, the neglect of the psychological burden and the psychological load reduction.
