一、巧用羽毛球做游戏,激发学生学习的兴趣目的:通过追逐跑游戏,达到激发学生对快速跑的兴趣,消除学生对跑的教学的枯燥乏味感。方法:每位学生用一根绳子一头系着羽毛球,缠在腰间(见图1),在规定的范围内,在保护好自己羽毛球的同时去抓其他学生的羽毛球,看哪位学生手里夺取的羽毛球多(见图2)。注意事项:要在规定的区域内,不能超出范围,注意安全。
