目的提高超声在胸腔积液穿刺、定位中的准确性,使局部穿刺抽液治疗取得满意效果。方法使用线阵型超声诊断仪,患者坐位进行定位及穿刺。结果超声在胸腔积液的穿刺定位方面存在很高的优越性。结论超声在胸腔积液的穿刺治疗中有很高的应用价值。
Objective To improve the accuracy of ultrasonography in pleural effusion puncture and positioning, and to obtain satisfactory results of local puncture and fluid extraction. Methods Linear diagnostic ultrasound system, the patient sitting position and puncture. Results ultrasound in pleural effusion puncture positioning there is a high degree of superiority. Conclusion Ultrasound has a high value in the treatment of pleural effusion.
