10mg/L双唾液酸神经节苷脂(GD3)可促进人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞生长,增加细胞DNA合成,静止期细胞数减少而合成期和分裂期细胞增多。单唾液酸神经节苷脂(GM3)对白蛋白的分泌和合成均发生抑制,而GD3对白蛋白的分泌也发生抑制,但细胞内白蛋白的含量上升。GM3、GD3对甲胎蛋白的合成影响不大,GD3可降低甲胎蛋白的分泌,而GM3对甲胎蛋白的分泌影响不大。结果提示GD3有促进细胞生长作用,GM3、GD3比对不同蛋白质的分泌和合成有选择性作用。
10mg/L disialoganglioside (GD3) promoted the growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells, increased the DNA synthesis of cells, decreased the number of cells in the quiescent phase and increased the number of cells during the synthesis and mitosis. Monosialoganglioside (GM3) inhibited the secretion and synthesis of albumin, while GD3 also inhibited the secretion of albumin, but the intracellular albumin content increased. GM3 and GD3 have little effect on the synthesis of alpha-fetoprotein. GD3 can reduce the secretion of alpha fetoprotein, while GM3 has little effect on the secretion of alpha-fetoprotein. The results suggest that GD3 promotes cell growth, and GM3 and GD3 have selective effects on the secretion and synthesis of different proteins.
