天然钍在自然界广泛存在,常与铁矿石,稀土矿伴生。内蒙地区富有铁矿石、稀土储量大、天然钍含量高,从而调查我区食品和饮水中天然钍含量,有实际意义。一、样品采集与预处理根据内蒙地区人口密度和当地居民的饮食习惯,采集当地当年有代表性的食品。粮食、蔬菜、肉类、鱼类(鱼、骨分开处理)等均取可食部分,洗净凉干,炭、灰化(450~500℃);牛奶蒸干直接炭、灰化。灰化好的样品过筛、编号、计算灰鲜比,备分析用。饮水酸化后保存。
