分析伊金霍洛旗转型发展趋势与需求,认为伊金霍洛旗区域转型的关键在于寻求特色化的发展路径。分析其外部环境与内生优势,确定以现代服务业、文化旅游业、物流业和资源深加工业为其转型发展的产业先导。通过城市空间结构的调整优化,将产业转型与空间发展更好的结合;同时结合伊旗生态、文化优势强化城市空间特色的塑造;最终对城市转型发展提出制度保障建议。
This paper analyzes the development trend and demand of Yijinhuoluo Banner transformation and thinks that the key to the regional transition of Yijinhuoluo Banner is to seek for a characteristic development path. Analyze its external environment and endogenous advantages and determine the industrial leader for its transformation and development with modern service industry, cultural tourism industry, logistics industry and resource deep processing industry. Through the adjustment and optimization of the urban spatial structure, the industrial transformation and spatial development will be better combined. At the same time, the ecological and cultural advantages of the Iraqi flag will be strengthened to shape the urban spatial characteristics. Finally, the author puts forward the institutional guarantee suggestions for the urban transformation and development.
