目的 比较圆窗法和面神经管法记录耳蜗微音器电位。方法 圆窗法在乳突钻孔,将记录电极向骨孔深部插入;面神经管法将记录电极经茎乳孔插入面神经管内。结果 与圆窗法相比,面神经管法成功率高,手术时间短,而波形和波幅无明显差异。结论 面神经管法记录微音器电位的成功率高,简便易学,手术时间短,记录效果满意。
Objective To compare the round window method and facial nerve canal method to record the potential of cochlear microphones. Methods The round window method was used to insert the recording electrode into the deep part of the bone hole in the mastoid. The facial nerve tube method was used to insert the recording electrode into the facial nerve canal through the styloid tract. Results Compared with the round window method, the success rate of facial nerve tube method is high, the operation time is short, but the waveform and amplitude are not significantly different. Conclusions Facial nerve tube method has a high success rate of recording microphones potential, which is easy to learn, short in operation time and satisfactory in recording effect.
