受试者为哈尔滨、石家庄、西安、长沙、重庆、福州市22160名0~19岁健康儿童、青少年.依经过修改的 TW_2骨发育等级标准评定手腕部每骨的发育程度.采用将各骨得分总差方和委小化和数学迭代方法计算各骨权重及各等级得分.结果在本方法中排除了6块变异程度大且评定困难的骨,使方法更加简便、易学。经过和南北方儿童、青少年骨龄差异的比较及其它6城市8416名受试者的检验,说明 CHN 骨龄标准代表了中国汉族城市儿童、青少年的骨发育状况。
The subjects were 22,160 healthy children and adolescents aged from 0 to 19 in Harbin, Shijiazhuang, Xi’an, Changsha, Chongqing and Fuzhou, and the degree of development of each bone in the wrist was evaluated according to the modified TW 2 criteria of bone development. Total variance and entropy minimization and mathematical iterative methods were used to calculate the weight of each bone and score of each grade.Results Six bones with large variation and difficult evaluation were excluded in this method, which made the method easier and easier to learn. After comparing with the difference of bone age of children and adolescents in north and south and the test of 8416 subjects in other six cities, it shows that CHN bone age standard represents the bone development status of children and adolescents in Han Chinese cities.
