目的探讨联合用药减少药物流产后阴道出血的影响。方法将自愿要求药物流产的早孕健康妇女287例,随机分为观察组160例,对照组127例。药物流产采用相同服药剂量与方法,于孕囊排出后,观察组服用新生化冲剂12g,2次/d;对照组服用益母草片3片,3次/d。两组同时肌内注射缩宫素20u,加服阿莫西林0.5g,3次/d,服用7d。计算率与χ2检验比较两组流产效果、药流后阴道出血量及阴道出血时间。结果两组在孕囊排出时间上差异无显著性;观察组与对照组阴道出血量按量少、量中、量多比较,两组百分比分别为量少:46.20%、36.29%,量中:50.00%、45.16%,量多:3.80%、18.55%,观察组出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组出血持续时间比较,分别为(8.05±3.25)d、(13.01±5.68)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生化冲剂可减少药物流产后阴道出血量,缩短出血时间,推荐临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of combination therapy on reducing vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods A total of 287 healthy pregnant women, who volunteered for medical abortion, were randomly divided into observation group (160 cases) and control group (127 cases). Drug abortion with the same dose and method of taking medicine, in the gestational sac discharge, the observation group taking Xinhua Chemical granules 12g, 2 times / d; control group taking Motherwort tablets 3, 3 times / d. Two groups simultaneously intramuscular injection of oxytocin 20u, plus serving amoxicillin 0.5g, 3 times / d, taking 7d. Calculation rate and χ2 test to compare the two groups abortion effect, vaginal bleeding after medical abortion and vaginal bleeding time. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the timing of the discharge of gestational sac. The vaginal bleeding in the observation group and the control group was less in volume, more in quantity and more in volume. The percentages of the two groups were less: 46.20%, 36.29% 50.00% and 45.16% respectively. The amount of bleeding was 3.80% and 18.55% respectively. The bleeding volume in observation group was significantly less than that in control group (P <0.05). The duration of hemorrhage in observation group and control group were (8.05 ± 3.25) 13.01 ± 5.68) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Xinshenghua granules can reduce vaginal bleeding after medical abortion, shorten the bleeding time, the recommended clinical application.
