为杜绝离退休人员死亡后其家属冒领养老金,湖北应城市劳动保险局从去年7月份开始采取管理到位、服务上门、查处及时等措施收到明显效果,冒领现象完全被遏制,今年1至7月,共死亡离退休人员44名,无一冒领。 应城市现有企业离退休人员4098人,市劳动保险局从1992年元月开始已委托银行代发养老金,但由于多方面原因,冒领养老金的现象时有发生,虽采取了多种措施进行查处,并如数追回,但仍不能杜绝。为此,从去年7月开始,这个局采取了一系列措施,主要是:
