以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵(OTAC)作为表面改性剂对TiO_2进行表面改性,通过正交试验考察了改性温度、改性时间、改性剂OTAC用量以及反应体系pH值对TiO_2亲油性的影响。对比了改性前后TiO_2样品的物质形态、晶型形貌及颗粒大小。结果表明:当改性温度50℃、改性时间105min、OTAC用量4%(质量分数)、反应体系的pH=7时,所制得的改性TiO_2的吸油值由未改性前的22.00%降低至13.28%,亲油性明显增强。
The octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (OTAC) was used as the surface modifier to modify the surface of TiO 2. The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the modification temperature, modification time, the amount of OTAC and the pH of the reaction system Effect on the lipophilicity of TiO_2. The morphology, crystal morphology and particle size of TiO_2 samples before and after modification were compared. The results show that when the modification temperature is 50 ℃, the modification time is 105min, the amount of OTAC is 4% (mass fraction) and the pH of the reaction system is 7, the oil absorption of modified TiO_2 is increased from 22.00% Reduced to 13.28%, lipophilicity was significantly enhanced.
