对 2 Cr- 1 Mo材料进行了不同温度下的低周疲劳试验 ,并应用 NHRDS有限元程序进行了应力应变计算 ,研究了该材料在复杂应力状态下的低周疲劳寿命。结合试验数据和计算结果 ,利用疲劳过程的能量概念 ,用当量塑性应变能密度和当量总应变能密度对疲劳寿命进行了评估。
Low-cycle fatigue tests were carried out on 2 Cr-1 Mo materials at different temperatures. Stress-strain calculations were performed using the NHRDS finite element program. The low-cycle fatigue life of this material under complex stress conditions was investigated. According to the experimental data and the calculation results, the fatigue life is evaluated by using the energy concept of fatigue process and the equivalent plastic strain energy density and equivalent total strain energy density.
