用豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞测定石英颗粒在体外对脂类过氧化速率的作用。用不接触粉尘和接触金刚砂颗粒的豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞作为对照。粉尘颗粒皆<5微米。各样品在37℃保温1小时后,用硫代巴比妥酸试验测定丙醛。丙醛是不饱和脂肪酸过氧化反应的主要产物之一。结果表明接触石英使肺泡巨噬细胞过氧化反应代谢增高,与对照相比有显著差别。作者认为,对脂类过氧化反应的刺激可能是因石英与膜的多不饱和脂肪酸的作用
Effect of Quartz Granules on Lipid Peroxidation in vitro in Guinea Pig Alveolar Macrophages. Guinea pig alveolar macrophages that do not come into contact with dust and with corundum particles were used as controls. Dust particles are <5 microns. After each sample was incubated at 37 ° C for 1 hour, propionaldehyde was measured with the thiobarbituric acid test. Propionaldehyde is one of the major products of unsaturated fatty acid peroxidation. The results showed that exposure to quartz increased alveolar macrophages peroxidation metabolism, compared with the control there are significant differences. The author believes that the stimulation of lipid peroxidation may be due to the role of quartz and membrane polyunsaturated fatty acids
