今年6月上旬,我参加广东省龙门县农民画骨干培训班的第三期教学工作。给农民画骨干培训班上课,它既不是学院派的“课堂搬家”,也不是把那里的“乡土味”同化为“科学化”。因此,我给自己明确了一个教学宗旨,那就是“保持农民特色,增强创作素养”。教学工作也要“以人为本”,要“有的放矢”。在那里就是“以农民画骨干为本”。据了解,这期学员65人中,大多是初、高中毕业生,除了少数几位是当地骨干辅导老师会创作外,绝大部份人都是新手,很多人只会跟着老师临摹。因此,提高他们的创作能力是首要的课题。由于文化的局限性,他们中大多数人一时还难于把握自己的特长,进入较独立自由、自觉的
In early June of this year, I participated in the third course of the training course for peasant painting in Longmen County, Guangdong Province.
