目的检测高强度紫外线空气净化装置UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO的紫外光线强度、臭氧产生量及其对一次性通过气流中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭效率。方法通过UVC 254紫外线辐照仪检测距离UV Bio-Wall QUAT-TRO单只灯管1 m处254 nm紫外光强度;通过GD 80臭氧检测仪检测UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO工作时臭氧的产生量;将UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO安装于检测管道中,在检测管道上游发生白色葡萄球菌气溶胶,通过位于UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO的上游、下游采样探头分别进行采样,进而评价UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO对一次性通过气流中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭效率。结果距UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO单支灯管1 m处254 nm波长紫外光强度为95μw/cm2;GD 80臭氧检测仪在UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO运行时未检测到臭氧的产生;通风量为1500m3/h,UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO对一次性通过气流中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭效率>99.38%,通风量为2000 m3/h,杀菌效率>98.00%,通风量为3000 m3/h,杀菌效率>91.50%。结论 UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO属于高强度无臭氧紫外线空气净化装置,具有杀灭瞬间通过的细菌气溶胶的作用;将其安装于空调或换气装置气流管道中可实现室内空气瞬时消毒。
Objective To detect the intensity of UV light, the amount of ozone produced by UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO and its killing efficiency against one-step passage of Staphylococcus aureus in airstream. Methods UVC 254 UV detector was used to measure the UV intensity at 254 nm from 1 m of the UV Bio-Wall QUAT-TRO single tube. The ozone production of UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO was detected by GD 80 ozone detector. The UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO was installed in a test tube and a Staphylococcus aureus aerosol was generated upstream of the test tube. Samples were taken from the upstream and downstream sampling probes located on the UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO, respectively, to evaluate the effect of the UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO on one- Staphylococcus aureus kill efficiency in airflow. Results UV intensity of 254 nm at 1 m from the UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO single tube was 95 μW / cm 2; no ozone was detected by the GD 80 ozone detector during the UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO operation; ventilation was 1500 m3 / h, the killing efficiency of UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO for the single-pass through-stream of Staphylococcus aureus is> 99.38%, the ventilation rate is 2000 m3 / h, the sterilization efficiency is> 98.00%, the ventilation rate is 3000 m3 / h and the sterilization efficiency is> 91.50 %. Conclusion The UV Bio-Wall QUATTRO is a high-intensity ozone-free UV air purifier that has the effect of killing bacteria aerosols that pass through it instantly. It can be used to disinfect indoor air immediately when it is installed in an air-conditioning or ventilator air duct.
