目的 研究白细胞介素 18(IL - 18)联合大剂维生素C(VitC)治疗病毒性心肌炎 (VMC)的疗效。方法 用柯萨奇病毒B3亲心肌株 (CVB3m)感染Balb/C小鼠制备VMC小鼠模型 ,然后分别给予IL - 18、大剂量维生素C、IL - 18联合大剂量维生素C治疗 8d ,观察小鼠发病情况 ,并在不同时段检测心肌组织病毒滴定度、心肌病理积分 ,并进行比较。结果各治疗组较心肌炎对照组症状减轻 ,生存率提高 (χ2 =10 .4 6 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,心肌病毒滴定度降低 ,病理改变减轻 ,且有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;联合治疗组与IL - 18组比较 ,前者心肌坏死及炎性细胞浸涧减少 (q =4 .4 0 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但生存率及病毒滴定度无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论大剂量VitC及IL - 18对VMC均有一定疗效 ,但联合应用更能有效地防御病毒入侵、保护心肌。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of interleukin 18 (IL - 18) in combination with a large dose of vitamin C in the treatment of viral myocarditis (VMC). Methods Balb / C mice were infected with Coxsackievirus B3 progeny strain (CVB3m) to prepare VMC mouse model. The mice were then treated with IL - 18, high - dose vitamin C and IL - 18 for 8 days. The incidences of rats were observed, and the myocardial tissue titer and myocardial pathology were detected at different time points and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the symptoms of myocarditis in each treatment group were relieved, the survival rate increased (χ2 = 10.46, P <0.05), the titer of cardiomyopathy virus decreased, and the pathological changes were alleviated (P <0. 0 1). Compared with IL - 18 group, myocardial necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells in the combined treatment group decreased (q = 4.40, P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in survival rate and virus titer Differences (P> 0.05). Conclusion High doses of VitC and IL - 18 have a certain effect on VMC, but combined application is more effective in preventing virus invasion and protecting myocardium.
