新课程改革的核心要求是要坚持以人为本,要注重通过调动学生的积极性、发挥学生的主体能动性来提高学生的学习效果,这就需要善于运用激励性的语言,在激励性语言的影响下,学生才会发现学习的乐趣,对所学的产生浓厚的兴趣,并且在学习的过程中有信心来不断提高学习成绩。尤其是在小学语文教学中,激励性语言更是发挥了重要的积极作用。本文主要在小学语文教学实践与总结经验教训的基础上,就激励性语言在小学语文教学中的运用进行有效的探讨。
