受国际地质对比计划第200号项目执行局的委托,经联合国教科文组织、中国海洋与湖沼学会等单位的赞助,由中国科学院海洋研究所I.G.C.P.200号项目中国工作组负责组织的“国际海面变化及应用学术讨论会”于1986年10月7—14日在中国青岛和烟台两地举行.来自世界23个国家和地区的100多位专家、学者参加了会议.中国科学院副院长孙鸿烈教授以及中国著名科学家曾呈奎、施雅风、刘东生、刘瑞玉、林观得、杨怀仁、秦蕴珊等出席了大会.I.G.C.P.200号项目执行局主席P.A.Piraz-zoli教授出席大会并致词.
Commissioned by the Executive Board of International Geological Contracts Program No. 200 and sponsored by UNESCO, China Society of Marine and Lake Sciences, and other units sponsored by the China Working Group of IGCP200 Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, And Applied Symposium "was held in Qingdao, China and Yantai from October 7 to October 14, 1986. More than 100 experts and scholars from 23 countries and regions attended the conference. Professor Sun Honglie, vice president of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Zeng Chengkui, Shi Yafeng, Liu Dongsheng, Liu Ruiyu, Lin Kande, Yang Huiren, Qin Yun-shan and other famous Chinese scientists attended the conference and Professor PAPiraz-zoli, the chairman of the IGCP2002 Executive Board, attended the conference and made a speech.
