目的:探讨品管圈活动在提升中药房药学服务质量、减少中药房配药差错中的应用效果。方法:将品管圈活动应用于减少小包装中药饮片调配内差中,分析造成中药房调剂差错的原因,制订并实施相应对策,评估“品管圈”的活动效果。结果:开展品管圈活动后,调剂内差件数由平均每周71.25件降至每周37.5件,下降幅度为47.37%。结论:在中药房开展品管圈活动可有效降低小包装中药饮片调剂差错发生率,提升中药房服务质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effect of QA activities in improving the pharmacy service quality of Chinese pharmacy and reducing the error of pharmacy in Chinese pharmacy. Methods: The quality control circle activity was applied to reduce the difference of the distribution of small pieces of Chinese medicine slices. The reason of errors caused by the adjustment of the pharmacy was analyzed. Corresponding countermeasures were formulated and evaluated to evaluate the effect of the quality control circle. Results: After launching QC activities, the number of internal control adjustments decreased from an average of 71.25 per week to 37.5 per week, a decrease of 47.37%. Conclusion: Conducting QA activities in Chinese pharmacies can effectively reduce the incidence of errors in the transfer of small pieces of Chinese herbal medicine and improve the quality of service in Chinese pharmacies, which is worth popularizing and applying.
