目的 :探讨养阴通脑颗粒对脑缺血大鼠红细胞变形能力和小鼠减压缺氧耐力影响。方法 :采用四血管阻断法(4V0法)制作老年大鼠脑缺血损伤模型 ,观察养阴通脑颗粒对血液流变学指标的影响 ;采用小鼠减压缺氧耐力方法观察了本品的抗缺氧能力。结果 :养阴通脑颗粒具有提高红细胞变形能力、降低全血粘度的作用 ,延长减压缺氧小鼠存活时间。结论 :养阴通脑颗粒对脑缺血性老年大鼠异常血液流变学变化具有改善作用和提高小鼠的缺氧耐受能力
Objective : To investigate the effect of Yangyin Tongnao Granules on erythrocyte deformability and hypoxia tolerance in mice with cerebral ischemia. METHODS: Four-vessel occlusion method (4V0 method) was used to make a model of cerebral ischemic injury in aged rats. The effect of Yangyintongnao granules on hemorheological parameters was observed. The product was observed by decompression and hypoxia tolerance in mice. The ability to resist anaerobic. Results: Yangyintongnao granule could increase red blood cell deformability and reduce the viscosity of whole blood, prolonging the survival time of decompression and hypoxia mice. Conclusion : Yangyintongnao granule can improve abnormal hemorheological changes in cerebral ischemic aging rats and improve their ability of hypoxia tolerance.
