一、建立和实行小麦生产技术规范化 1990年小麦生产依据各单位生态条件和生产条件,必须按轮作、耕作、施肥、种子、植保、灌溉6制配套的农艺要求,实行小麦栽培技术规范化管理。 1.轮作减少重茬面积,严禁连种3年。重茬地要增施化肥和补充微量元素肥料。
