通过获取某悬臂式掘进机实际工况下的振动信号,对掘进机关键部位如截割臂和回转台的振动强度进行了统计;结合掘进机工作参数,分析了振动信号的频率结构;基于时频域分析,根据瞬时振动频率对应的振动强度的变化,总结某些工作时段截割臂和回转台振动信号中呈现的有别于工作频率的典型瞬时频率,讨论了利用大量振动数据中包含的典型瞬时响应频率开展掘进机关键部位工作模态识别研究的可能性。
Based on the vibration signal of a cantilever boring machine under actual working conditions, the vibration intensity of key parts such as cutting arm and turntable of tunnel boring machine is calculated. Based on the working parameters of boring machine, the frequency structure of vibration signal is analyzed. According to the variation of the vibration intensity corresponding to the instantaneous vibration frequency, the frequency domain analysis is used to summarize the typical instantaneous frequencies which are different from the operating frequency in the vibration signals of the cutting arm and the turntable in some working periods. Typical transient response frequency to carry out the key part of boring machine working modal identification of the possibility of research.
