为了明确机械锚固的各项参数指标,指导FRP-螺栓联合加固技术(hybrid bonded fiber reinforced polymer,HB-FRP)的设计和施工,通过室内试验研究了螺栓的锚固深度,提出螺栓最小锚固深度的计算公式与螺栓选择的要求;利用ANSYS计算软件,采用螺栓预紧单元及面对面的接触分析,模拟不同钢板尺寸和螺栓预紧力的条件下钢板和混凝土之间的接触压应力分布情况,对钢板尺寸和钢板类型的选择给出了指导性的设计方法。该研究为HB-FRP在桥梁加固维修中的应用提供了可靠的依据。
In order to clarify the parameters of the mechanical anchorage and guide the design and construction of the hybrid bonded fiber reinforced polymer (HB-FRP), the anchoring depth of the bolt was studied through indoor tests.
