在当前“高绩效工作系统”与组织绩效关系尚未明朗的情况下,以“高参与工作系统”修正高绩效工作系统的概念,更能体现企业实践提升雇员参与的主旨。结合个体形式和集体形式的雇员参与机制,以雇佣关系为研究视阈构建高参与工作系统,能够实现对一元论视角下的高绩效工作系统的根本修正。其理念至少体现为:追求雇佣关系双方的互利共赢,以信任和合作为基本前提,重视制度的作用并将其作为实现路径等。
In the current situation that the relationship between “high performance work system” and organizational performance is not yet clear, the concept of “high participation work system” to amend high performance work system can better reflect the essence of enterprise practice to enhance employee participation. Combining the individual and collective employee participation mechanisms, the employment relationship as the research perspective to build a high participation in the work system, to achieve a fundamental reform of the high performance work system from the perspective of monism. Its concept is at least as follows: pursuing the mutual benefit and win-win situation of both sides of the employment relationship, taking the trust and cooperation as the basic prerequisite, attaching importance to the role of the system and taking it as the path of realization.
