今年,我院成立保健科,领导上叫我负责这个工作。我害怕对保健业务不熟悉,搞不好。在党支部的帮助和鼓舞下,我有机会参观了汕头市以医院为中心扩大医疗预防的工作,受到了很大的启发,坚定了搞预防保健工作的信心,并下定决心和同志们共同搞好这项工作。从汕头回来后,除在本院加强卫生宣教、保健工作及改进一些护理工作外,每天还深入本院负责的卫生地段——北桥居委会进行工作。在短短三个月中,协助这个居委会健全了卫生组织、订立了卫生制度,组织和训练了卫生监督员162人,炊事员34人,保育员5人,协助实验小学创办红领巾小医院,并与本院全体职工一起,协助这个居委会开展卫生宣传及卫
This year, our hospital set up a health section. The leadership told me to take charge of this work. I’m afraid I’m not familiar with the health care business. I’m not sure.
